Question First time buyer advice about Littlehampton please

Hi all

I'm a first time buyer and considering a house on the Elysian Fields / Eden Park Estate in Littlehampton but don't know the area very well so any views on this would be appreciated.

Buying here I could get a freehold house rather than a leasehold flat somewhere like Worthing so would be interested in people's views on this decision.

Any advice would be great

Thanks in advance
Lucy

Anywhere freehold will be a good idea to go with as later on if you need any amendment within the house or surroundings, you can do that but in leasehold you might be restricted for such activities.
