Default first time buyers initiative
hi
i am thinking of purchasing a flat under the government first time buyers initiative, AKA homebuy. Im sure you all know how it works, from all the research ive done into it it seems like a good oportunity, but still wanted to know if anybody had any insight into these schemes. I.E, am i doing the right thing? i just dont know? i think i have first time buyer fever..
