Hi, my husband and I are selling our first bought property to buy bigger for our increasing family, we have no idea on costs for both selling and buying, ideally we would like to just be told how much it would all be (not including deposit obviously) when we bought our first property there seemed to be so many extras
and we just don't need the stress of trying to find money for 'hidden extras' any advice would be great! Thanks, Rose. |

Thankyou so much for replying, I've had a look at that 'fluid law broker' and it looks great, the quote they gave for buying and selling was so far much better than other quotes I have been given, definitely worth a look for anyone!
Thanks again! |
