Hi,

I was talking with a group of friends and I had an idea and I wanted to get some expert (mortgage related) advise on this...

Firstly, I am not sure if this has been done before, I know there are site to make donations for all kinds of things (although they mainly appear to be boob job related) But what about a mortgage donation site. A site where people can help someone else clear their mortgage? would it work? Has someone already done it before?

Do you think people (total strangers) would donate £1 to another person?
