Smile Have prices bottomed out on Costa del Sol?

Yikes! It looks like I have chosen the wrong time to sell my house in Spain (Marbella / Estepona border)! But on the other hand, with low interest rates, surely there should be more buyers, instead of waiting for prices to drop further? I like to think that established property should hold its value even in this climate.

I would love to hear from anyone who would be interested in buying a well-loved townhouse with a beautiful west facing private garden with 2 pools and a multi-lingual admin office. Or indeed any suggestions on how to sell without needing to drop the price, as I have made considerable investment in updating the interior and garden.

I don't want to move, but need to be closer to work.
