Talking hello

ok, hi everyone my name is leon I'm 23, and want to turn my life around for the better, property development is my dream, my future.
my big problem is i have no idea where to start (a complete virgin), i know some of you may dismiss my thoughts but this is really something i want to succeed in, so i suppose what i am asking is for all of your help, advice, support and knowledge.

if anyone has any idiots guides, thread links etc it would be greatly appreciated
