need help i have a mortgage with an ex could not afford to buy her out, a mate steped in n offered the money, i said ye ok n they moved in started coverin half the mortage n bills they paid half of what we agreed to my bank until things was finalised n my ex was taken of the mortage n wed split the house 50.50, nothin has been finalised n 6month later iv told them i dnt want to go threw with the deal . they now refusin to move out or pay anythin any advice? they have paid every week up until now, they changed lock so i can not get in, have no tennancy agreement or wont sign 1. iv given most of the money bk but kept some incase any damage is caused. what should i do where should i go/.....

You definitely need specific advice from a solicitor on your particular circumstances and options. I do not think you will get any useful advice on a general forum such as this - make an appointment to see a solicitor first thing in the New Year

thanks for u advice iv now spoken to a solicitor n that have told me to serve an eviction notice section 8, and treat them as just tennants... they have stoped payin "rent" for 2 weeks now what ground do i put into the form ground 10? n how long do i give them to move out...
