Default Help - I have informed the council of no regs
I recently got my home buyers report for a house i am buying it sadi contact the council and ask for certificates. They had no knowledge of any building work. It appears that there has been a small extention and knocking down of an internal wall. I did not maention the extension , just the wall. What happens now. the solicitor has told me that i have made things impossible and i may have jeperdised the whole sale. Please help what do I do next.

the work was done over 15 years ago. please help!!!
