Just to update...
When the 13 weeks of our contract with EA were up, we cancelled them and went with another local EA, at the same price...
Old EA = 2 viewings in 13 weeks...
New EA = 9 viewings in 7 days and the house sold
I am stunned at the difference a change in estate agent made, but very happy with the result

I have literally just signed with another agent. Same price.

If you can try and get an honest response from your agent (not easy!) Keep on their backs.

Flower, the other posters are right this is a difficult market with not many buyers out there mgrds is right you can only do more marketing (make the house more attractive, get it seen by more people) or reduce the price.

I also like what faircloughspeed is saying, thats the sort of person I'd want selling my house.
