Default Help Sourcing Landlords?

I have a property opportunity for landlords - where would be the best place to find landlords besides letting agents?

Thanks in advance

Not sure what service you are offering but you could try the standard advertising route, newspaper and the internet for example.

Otherwise perhaps networking is the key, go to property auctions and start chatting to the buyer their, drop by letting agents and ask if they will pass details of your service onto their landlords which they are friendly with.

Remember that LA's are businesses so you need to find something that's in it for them, perhaps a 'finders fee'?

Good luck

there are lots of directories including rightmove and zoopla that list estate & letting agents, you can also buy lists from list brokers like experian... good luck with the project!
