Default Higher Mortgage Payments

This is an interesting run down on why mortgage rates are higher and higher.

Thanks for the article. I haven't had a chance to check it out yet. I do know I have read how it is going to be alot harder now for people to buy their first home even with good credit because of so many people defaulting on their loans.

All the sub-prime lending that has gone on has also seen a lot of people defaulting. It's too bad too. It will harder for so many to ever buy that first home.

The bottom seems to be falling out of the US sub-prime lending sector, and dragging down a lot of lenders with it. Will be interesting to see how this develops.
