Default Hmo granted for next door

I am selling my house. The property next door has just been granted permission for a change of use to a HMO (house in multiple occupation) there are no structural changes at all, just a change in use. Nothing has been done to the house yet and the owner seems to be in no rush, it needs a new kitchen, bathroom etc. As there are no neighbours, we have no disputes but I'm not sure whether I legally have to disclose this or not? Thanks.
