Default home information packs

I have heard about these home inofrmation packs coming in June this year that every seller of a house must produce a pack of information about the property. Has anyone else heard about this or experience of one? Any tips greatly appreciated.

There's a name for the law that created this need, and I can't remember it. It has to do with full disclosure and a liability if you don't disclose. So much for 'beware the buyer' lol.

I had not heard of this but I really don't see anything wrong with it myself. I mean if you are buying a house the best thing to do is get it inspected first to protect yourself. But at the same time I just feel that it is wrong if you know something is wrong that you don't let the people buying know. I don't know maybe I am just to honest at times.
