Default Homebuyers report or structural survey?

Hi all,

I have recently had an offer accepted upon a 2 bed Victorian conversion flat. On viewing the property everything looks in good order and the building on the whole looked very well maintained. I do not know the exact age of the property but I was wondering what type of survey to arrange.

Your views would be greatly appreciated.

Regards,

Jordan.

The difference is in the detail - the homebuyers will be quite extensive however the full structural survey is a very detailed inspection with a very detailed report.
