Cool House Exchange wanted - Gloucestershire for Spain
Hi. We have a lovely period 3 bedroom house with garden in the centre of of the small market town of Newent, Glos - looking for a house exchange for a property in / near Moraira / Javea area in the Costa Blanca (all types of property considered) - the exchange would ideally offer us some cashback too. Our house is currently on the market here in the UK for £179,000.

Baronlucas, there is also at least one established estate agent abroad that has started to offer a service matching up people who want to exchange their house on the Continent with one in the UK (prompted, almost certainly, by the slow property markets on both sides of the Channel and by the current dire effect of the euro on sterling pensions). Might also be worth a try.

I wonder whether estate agents in the UK might also begin to offer this type of service?
