Default house price fall

according to todays news house prices are 3.6% down?

Am sure we'll see property prices go down more.

It's also worth noting that with inflation at 3.2%, that means in real terms property prices are actually down 6.8%.

Unless I'm messing up with my maths.

and according to tommorrow news they will have fallen/ risen/ stayed the same. Dont get too caught up in the small ups and downs - the longer term trends are more concerning...

It also depends on which measure you look at and how much of a headline the newspaper in question needs...
