House swop / exchange
I have a four bed roomed villa three with en suite and a main bathroom it comes with a large kitchen and a through lounge / diner there is a 11x6 metre pool and a garage and car port there is also a wrap around terrace for outside living it stands in 2500 sq meters about 15 miles inland and 15 miles south of Alicante costa blanca in the countryside among the orange groves with mountain views to the rear and open views to the south facing front, its value is approx £265000 I was looking for a swop in the Staffordshire or Midlands area
