Default How many units on .87 of an acre

Is there anyone on this forum that could help us - we are negotiating the purchase of land and looking to find out how many properties can be put on .87 of an acre.

We are looking to build some 2 bed properties and a small block of 1 bed and maybe some 2 bed apartments.

Any builders on here too to give us an idea of how much the build cost will be on this and whether you would be interested in quoting at the right stage of this process (we are based in Essex/Cambs borders)

If you have further questions please ask.

Hi
just wondered what your plans are with this purchase, do you have intention of becoming developer for the scheme or simply buying the land to build BTL etc??. The planning area is v complex and a task on it's own to maximise your new asset, in addition to then managing the build project.
Our business works on gaining planning and then developing out, if you're looking for someone to execute the planning process we're well versed in this area. Might be something we could get involved with. If it's on interest let me know
