Default How much are small officies in central London?

Iam interested in buying a small office in central London. I was wondering what prices officies in central London, start from?

Iam also looking to convert an office into an apartment.
I would also like some information on that subject.

Thankyou

So, assuming the office to be cheaper than an equivalent-sized apartment, you want to figure out how much it will be to buy the office and convert it.....

You need to look at 'Change of Use' planning permission for the premises in question.

You'll probably find the electrics, plumbing etc to be quite minimal in an office, and would need upgraded for residential use. For example you may find the electricity supply currently has circuits for plugs and lights, but won't accommodate an electric cooker or electric shower supply without upgrades.
