Default Hows the Property Market this year?

And what are your opinions on the theory of a 'double dip' later this year?

Good question.

So far property prices in London have risen by 11.5% since April 2009 and are continuing to increase. The South East is following a similar trend, but not quite as much.

It appears that property prices in the North East and North West have fallen by 0.4% and 0.6% respectively during March.

To make a suitable prediction of how the property prices will continue onwards through the year, it will wise to wait until after the General Election.

I think if we're not in a double-dip, then it simply means we're in a dead economic zone for the next 10 years, pretty much repeating what happened to Japan after their boom, bust, and massive sovereign debt.

Hi, I am a property investor from Wolverhampton, I have recently sold 3 properties in the Wolverhampton area and have had sensible offers on all 3 within 8 weeks of the proprties first being put up for sale which is obvious evidence of how buoyant the property market is..
