If you're looking for property in the North of Scotland, then HSPC is an invaluable resource:
http://www.hspc.co.uk/ Although they do showcase property in various areas, their real strangth is in the Scottish Highland areas, especially Inversness to Skye and upwards. Obviously, it's a very niche area, but as someone who is looking to move to the Highlands of Scotland, it's a real plus that it's the only major Property site covering the area. Although the site appears reasonable comprehensive, it is worth pointing out that not all Highland property is actually submitted to the site, so if you are looking to buy in the Highlands, don't just rely on HSPC because you may be missing out on other great buys. Even still, it's a great reference point and very useful indeed. The site does require you to register to download PDF's, but if you're serious about buying this won't matter. I've not received any spam because of having signed up, and I have received a couple of useful emails from estate agents who submit their property to ESPC as to whether I need further information from properties viewed, which hasn't been a problem at all. |
