Default I just bought an old takeaway please help

Hi, this is my first post and I was wondering if anybody could give me some advice/information. I recently bought an old takeaway and am trying to modernise it. The problem I have is I dont know how to get rid of the old chip fryer. Please help.

depending on how big it is and what type of condition it is in, how about a scrap dealer or even ebay?

Does it work?

If not weigh it in for scrap.

You'll need to spend £10-20k getting a Chippy back up to scratch.

Personally, i'd buy the shop, revamp, run it for 3 months untill theres good trades, then sell on a leasehold with a 20 year lease for rent.

A shop Turning over £3,000 a week should be worth £120-150k on a leasehold.

I'm not sure how that applies now, i don't think it would be on peoples priority list to buy a chipshop, especially with people laying off the luxuries lately
