Hi, this is my first post and I was wondering if anybody could give me some advice/information. I recently bought an old takeaway and am trying to modernise it. The problem I have is I dont know how to get rid of the old chip fryer. Please help.
Thank you. |

Does it work?
If not weigh it in for scrap. You'll need to spend £10-20k getting a Chippy back up to scratch. Personally, i'd buy the shop, revamp, run it for 3 months untill theres good trades, then sell on a leasehold with a 20 year lease for rent. A shop Turning over £3,000 a week should be worth £120-150k on a leasehold. |

I'm not sure how that applies now, i don't think it would be on peoples priority list to buy a chipshop, especially with people laying off the luxuries lately |
