Property in the United Stated doubles every 10 years on average, no matter what the fluxuations in the market are. You'll miss out on some of the advantages some citizens have, but there's no law or limit against investing in real estate in the U.S. Even if you have to get a stated-income, "hard money" loan, it'll be worth it. Other than that, Belize if there's any good land ops left. Nova Scotia is lovely and affordable and well-placed near New York. Great summer destination and probably a good resale value too. Cheers!
Has anyone bought from ?

As far as current scenario is concerned, people prefer buying properties in New York. So investing here would be a great option as it can provide a good return of investment.

I heard about Germany’s "Big Seven": Berlin, Hamburg, Düsseldorf, Cologne, Munich, Frankfurt am Main and Stuttgart, which have the most reliable property market for investing.
