Hi Guys,
I represent an internet marketing business. I am going to do my best to not "Sell" our services on the forum, however I would like to do is ask for your feedback. Let me explain. My firm have been successfully testing ways to capture leads online. These are all people looking to buy or rent in many specific regions within the UK. In the near future we plan to start working with local and national EA's by providing them with qualified leads. Its a win, win. We connect you the EA to a customer in your area and vice versa! In an example we would provide you with 50 qualified leads per month. When I say qualified I mean that these people have shown interest in renting/purchasing in your area and wish to be contacted via telephone. We would expect that because these leads are qualified you would modestly be able to convert them at a rate of 5%. Correct me if Im wrong but industry commission on a home purchase is between 4%-7%. So if you pay £40 per lead x 50, your cost would be £2000 per month. The if you converted your leads at 5% you would make 2.5 sales, generating aprx £10,000 in revenue. (On an average £100,000 property deal) Making you £2000 investment a good one! If your an EA I would like really appreciate your thought on the following; 1. Are qualified leads of benefit to you? 2. At what rate do you think you could convert? 3. What would you be willing to pay per lead? 4. Is there anything else a lead generation business could provide you with that would help you? My firm is in the business of helping all sorts of businesses succeed online. Just as you as an EA know your market and business processes and know how to achieve results, as do we know the online world. There are potential customers searching online for properties in their tens of thousands everday. We understand where and how to find and service these people. All comments and input appreciated. Many thanks Joe Last edited by social joe; 29-10-2010 at 10:06 PM. Reason: minor edit. |
