Default Insurances Needed during New Build

We are just in the process of buying a property that has planning permission for a new build attached to it.

Please can someone advice us on what insurances we need for the new build. Our builder will be managing and building the shell and then we will be managing the rest of the build ourselves (using local tradesmen).

Thanks
Gill
