Default Lame ducks aplenty

Just heard this morning that property prices are rising in London, for the first time in a few years.
Well, here in Dorset Bournemouth / Poole not only are the prices falling but we also have lame duck excuses from buyers who are backing out of purchases having been scared off with the possibility of interest rates rising.
Love to have my normal positive attitude back, but when trying to sell in order to re-invest in another sector, it is hard to keep up one's spirit and smile.

Have you thought of selling in a more creative manner ? If you want to talk to someone from Bournemouth who could possibly assist you in ways which estate agents are not aware of please let me know by PM
