Figures from the Land Registry have revealed that house prices in England and Wales lost a further 2% in February, taking the annual rate of decline from 15.1% to 16.5%. This takes prices back to levels seen in September 2004 and means the average property is now worth £153,862, wiping over £30,000 off house price [...]

Yup, I rthink another 5-10% this year, in spite of todays news of a 0.9% increase.
