Default leaking shower

Ive brought a house but when i moved in i realised that the electric shower is leaking when its turned on, is there anything i can do about it or is it too late or do i just get it fixed myself

It depends on if the house was brand new when you moved in? All builders that I know of will sort out your snagging list after you've moved in.
