Lease determined register closed
In the title for my property, the plan includes an area which is tinted yellow. Part of that yellow area is edged green and marked with a green "X".
The title relates to "The Leasehold land shown tinted pink blue and yellow" The title also says, "As to the part edged and lettered X in green on the filed plan. LEASE DETERMINED REGISTER CLOSED." Does that mean that my lease includes the whole of the yellow bit, or is the part marked with an "X" excluded?

It sounds as though the part edged green has been excluded from the lease
