Default Leasehold Property
Hi all,

I am looking into purchasing an apartment which has the following;

Price: £159,995 (seems a reasonable price to me?)
Lease: 72 years
Rent: £35

I have never owned a leasehold property before so am a little nervous as to what sort of questions I should be asking of either the Agent, Owner and/or Landlord so if anyone can assist it would be appreciated?

Also if there are any pitfalls I should be aware of as I am totally confused really.

All responses would be greatly appreciated.
