This is not a scam, this is 100% genuine. My close friend (a very successful property lawyer) has found a loop hole where sellers are able to save up to 50% of stamp duty. If your interested please PM me your name and phone number, as subject please put STAMP DUTY
I will get back to you ASAP with more details and hopefully save you thousands! |

Thanks Toby
Can I ask about the elephant in the room (and I promise I'm not be facetious). Is there any reason you can't give any more information other than the claim before a phone call is made. For arguments sake, let's say Im a second time buyer with no debt on 60k a year working for a multinational, single with a deposit of 50k looking to buy a property worth 300k. How did your close friend do it? Regards Dan |

My close friend is a very very clever person. I will call you and explain but I would rather have the opportunity to explain it to you on a one to one basis rather then publicly! I can call, explain and if you object, then you can hang up but I can assure you.. We'll be in business!

That's fair enough Toby, although I only think it's reasonable you state publicly what the cost of your service is, and give a rough example case if needs be. I'm sure you'll agree a phone conversation isn't completely necessary for that.
