Default Letting Agencies in BR3 area??
Hi,

I currently bought a House in the Beckenham area; which i would like to let out, does anyone know of any independent Letting companies that are trusted in this area?? I have come across Abbey Letts, which is located on Beckenham high street, but I would like an agent to compare with...

I don't like to use Blue-chip companies as they charge ridicules fees!!
