Default Letting Agency basics

Hi Everyone.

Short version of very long story. I have been working with someone after agreeing to help with their letting agency.(They were employed by an agency before in a different part of the UK) They went to do some travelling before we go live this week.

Anyway they have decided to stay in Oz as they have met someone leaving me home alone lol And now I can't get hold of them anymore. Everything is in place but I have a very basic question with regards finding landlords to list properties with me.

Are there any tips as to the nest way of going about this? I'm looking for another partner but I would like to get the ball rolling now. So apart from local ads in the press, what else can I do?

Many thanks.

Contact people that are selling there homes, when the market is slower rental may be an option. Flyers through letterboxes, Local Networking meetings, online networking, Thats just a few.
