Question Listed property

Do I need permission to tank out a cellar in a Grade II Listed property? I'm not talking about any structural changes, such as creating new doorways, building partitions or knocking walls down, just tanking out what already exists.

I would have thought not but, to avoid any problems, I suggest you get a letter from the Conservation Officer to confirm this
