Default Maggots coming out of the ground?

so every time i step outside of my house for the past 4-5 days there was this really bad smell like something died i have searched everywhere and i cant find anything that died then today i washed my driveway and watered the grass and out of know where hundreds of maggots started coming up from the grass and cracks on the drive way i dont know what to do

I need help ASAP
should i call pest control??
help please
