Default Manorlane homes - unable to complete

Folks,

Unfortunetly, I'm unable to complete on a new build Manorlane home, basically struggling to sell my existing property as the completeion date is almost up now.
I obviously will lose my deposit and Manorlane say they could set some fianancial penalties e.g pay the difference for them selling on at a likely cheaper price plus paying their agent fees for re-selling etc.

However, what if you are unable to pay this and how can they then recover their costs.

I'm considering a begging letter, but I don't know how forthcoming Manorlane would be.
