Just to let you know I've removed the posts in question because they made potentially libellous comments.

Accusing a company of bad service is a customer complaint - but accusing a company of fraud is a legal statement and potentially libellous. And it would be Home Move who would be liable against a charge of libel - which we would then have to prove as true - to be able to publish such comments.

In short, we're not going to allow any posts here which make potentially libellous allegations unless there is a clear burden of proof that the claims are true.

I can assure everyone that HomeMove.co.uk aims to provide neutral coverage of the UK property market, and we are certainly not affiliated with any home builder or similar interested party.

However, any statements of any particular company (home builder, developer, estate agency, etc etc) acting in a fraudulently manner should be proven in the courts before posted here.

If anyone insists it's for HomeMove to publish such comments, all I can suggest is that if you firmly believe such allegations, then bring your own legal action against the company involved, and once a judgement is reached, we'll report on it. To expect that such comments can be published here and force my own company into legal action is not a position I'm going to support.
