Stage 1: When there are more buyers then sellers, house prices tend to rise because the demand is so high for properties. Stage 2: Where there is the same amount of buyers and sellers, the Market will then become balanced. Stage 3: When there are more sellers than buyers, more properties are on market than potential buyers, therefore driving down property prices. Conclusion: From all market indicators and local sales feedback on property prices has indicated a shift from a sellers market to a buyers market. All indications are that properties realistically valued will create sales as buyers have waited for the market conditions to settle. We are experiencing a marked increase in interest from potential buyers. |
