Default Marketing for Mortgage Company?

I just started a mortgage and credit score corrections company and would like to know how to get a good deal on flyers to send out to homes to create inbound calls for my employees. I want to only start out with a $5,000 investment to cover the flyers and the postage. I want to send roughly 1,000 flyers on up if I can with this investment. Any ideas on good printing companies and low cost postage?

Recently had 5000 a6 postcard flyers produced (double sided) for £130 plus VAT. Let me know if interested. I did employ a designer to design it first and of course there is a cost there.
