Default Massive plot in Estonia

Hello guys,

I'm looking for investors who would be interested in purchasing a 52-hectare (129 acres) plot in Estonia.

It is situated by a beautiful lake, with the main house and sauna about 7 meters from the lake. The buildings need complete renovation since it's an old farm. It can be developed into 5-6 plots.

30-minute drive from the airport, it is in Otepaa, the winter capital of Estonia. Skiing tracks, golf course, spas- all within 5 minute drive.

If anybody has a connection who might be interested, could you please pass this on? For more information and the pictures please send me a private message with your e-mail.

Thank you in advance!
