Default Mccarthy and stone "easy move scheme"
Is anybody familiar with the terms and conditions associated with their easy move scheme, my mum is currently taking advantage of this scheme, which pays all solictors,estate agent fees and the new house selling pack, she is so fed up with delays she is thinking of pulling out, but not sure if she would then become liable for all these fees, for obvious reasons she does not want to ask Mccarthy and stone, anybody know? cheers
