Default Mortgage in Egypt help

Hi
I am wanting to buy a property in Egypt. I need a mortgage. Does anyone know of some good companies to go with. Thanks

I'm not quite sure how the mortgage market applies to Egypt, but one method I know is used for overseas purchase is to take out a second mortgage on your home to cash in some of the equity, and then use the cash to make an outright sale.

That way, your mortgage remains close by in the UK, and you don't need to worry about communications overseas to sort out banking matters.
