Default Moving house - No building regs
We are currently in the middle of selling our house. In 2004 we converted our 4th bedroom and bathroom into a larger bathroom, but building regs were not obtained. Is this a problem? Did we need to get them?

Also if we did need them, anyone know what we need to do? Can we apply retrospectively?
