Default Moving offices and renting?

We have seen many businesses in recent months move to new smaller offices, renting of course, to try and cut over heads but then had their rent increased a few months down the line! Is this familiar to anyone else?

We certainky have seen a huge increase in the amount of people that have decided to shut up there main office and rent a smaller office within a Business or Science Park.

It seems tht common thing to do these days is to rent within a small Business park as it saves money!

Small business parks tend to be quite pricey, don't they?

How come that their rent is getting up? The rent of the office is depends on the size. Unless if your company is big then turn down into small offices, you need scattered small offices which turn into big rental fees also.
