Nairn Property Centre
One of the real challenges of looking for property in another area is finding all the small independent estate agents.
As Nairn & Nairnshire is one of the areas I'm looking at, I was pretty thrilled today to find an independent estate agency with their own unique portfolio of peroperties, that I've certainly not seen on any other site covering the area. It has to be said, Nairn Property Centre doesn't actually have that many properties on their books - but in my opinion, it's these smaller independents who may be a great place to find gems and bargains, and I've added the site to my favourites list, precisely to watch out for these: http://www.nairnpropertycentre.com/
