Default Need finance help
Hiya all,
I have bout 20k deposit, am looking to buy a run down property(possibly at auction), do it up myself(am joiner n have done a self build so experience not a problem!). Would then look to re-mortgage to release enough equity to do another and hopefuly keep goin, does this sound feasable? Am strugglin to find a suitable property at mo tho!

Potentially feasible if:

1. You have plenty of money
2. You have plenty of time
3. You have reliable contractors

The 20k you have? is it all for a deposit, or will it also cover refurbishment/renovation costs?
