Default Neighbours extending help!
Hello,

Our next door neighbours spoke to us about extending their property to 1.5m towards us. We are already very close and hear each other a lot; is privacy a reason to object? Can we object as it is a small extension?

Also, we are in the process of selling our property. As we do not know exactly when our neighbours will apply for the building permit, when do we have to mention this to the potential buyers of our property?
