Default New Estate Agent - salary and commission
Morning all

I have had several interviews over the past week for a job as a sales negotiator in North London. I have not worked as an estate agent or in sales before but I do have several years experience in the property industry.

I am expecting offers to come in in the next few days and am wondering what would be a good level to negotiate for in terms of salary; commission; incentives etc

I would appreciate it if anyone currently working as a agent would share some insight.
