Default New Home Standards are still falling
Figures form the NHBC statistics show they are paying out more than ever to fix defects in new homes.

Quite frankly you would have to be mad to buy a new home unless you have it independentley professionally inspected before moving in.

Add in the fact that new homes are all cramed in together and social housing is mixed in with owner occupiers why would you buy a new home?

So dont come here moaning about your house builder, you have been warned!
