I've just bought a new house and am thinking of renting out my garage. Looking for some general advice - how do i go about it, how much might i get. What are the pro's and con's.

thanks

Hi there,

I think it really depends where the garage is located. I know central London garages can go for a premium. I would suggest maybe advertising in local papers, supermarkets and post offices or going to speak to a local letting agent.

are you intending the garage to be a dwelling or a garage? there are plenty of websites who will let your garage! especially if you live nr town!
